The food was really good! I love green beans and I normally try those at most soul food restaurants. A lot of times they taste like they were dropped right out of the can into some water with no seasoning. Not the green beans I had at Sweetie Pie's...my taste buds had a party when I tasted them. They reminded me of home! I loved the peach cobbler!! The mac and cheese was good..the chicken was good...everything was good! Shout out to the older guy that fixed my drink and made sure to keep checking if I needed anything. I didn't get his name. I'd definitely go back!

Yall. Let me first say that I cried in Sweetie Pies. My grandmother has been gone for over 5 years but I swear her and Sweetie Pie learned how to make peach cobbler from the same person. It was so amazing because I bit into it and literally saw the steps of my grandma's old house. Mind you I was in St. Louis and we are from Jersey. Please bless your life and eat here. Great food, great service, and perfect peach cobbler.

My two sons’ and I are planning a family road trip to Saint Louis, Missouri. We are looking forward to having a nice Easter Brunch Soul buffet at Sweetie Pie’s. I’m looking forward to eating macaroni and cheese and fried catfish with pound cake. My two sons’ are looking forward to eating fried chicken and peach cobbler with butter rolls. Millions of people come from all across America, to come eat at Sweetie Pie’s famous restaurant.
